  1. Thanks. And yes, I can stick around. I love the NHL, which is a totally underrated sport as far as I am concerned.
  2. It was recommended by a long time 20 year friend in Plymouth Meeting PA....A Devils fan. My wife actually offered him a ticket to game 3 IF he could fly out here. He said you guys "would welcome" me since "many" members on the site are "really cool" and "love to talk unbiased hockey." Sounds like he was wrong. And you know what? Being on letsgokings where everyone just agrees with one another is flat out boring. I've had my share of that site. They say variety is the spice of life. Sorry to sh!t on your parade. You know what? I take that back. THELASTONEALIVE welcomed me in another thread. Not all of you are hateful.
  3. What is it with this mode of thinking? You know why? Because I have been there and done that for 11 years. I thought you guys were more intelligent than Kings fans anyway. So, I'm here where the intelligent fans are. Dude, if you want to be sarcastic, then don't respond to my posts. If you want to talk hockey, then I'm here.
  4. Plus, with this comment, you are admitting defeat. Nothing has been won yet. Why would a team even THINK this way? Right now, I would rather put Clifford in than Gagne. He's been more game ready than gagne.
  5. That's true. If he sits out the rest of the games, then it's a gesture on the front office's behalf.
  6. Sorry man, you want to win the cup...not to be sorry if someone misses out. Totally disagree with your viewpoint. He's messing up with a line that can prove costly. This isn't late in the season or even the first round. LA is 2 wins away. Still disagree iwth it. Plus, the guy hasn't played in MONTHS. And LA EXPECTS him to be ready for round 4 type play? Still disagree with it.
  7. I wonder why Sutter would even THINK about changing the lineup? :scratcheshead:
  8. Uh, it looks like he banned himself. I wonder what it was for?
  9. uhhhh...that was the other guy. Please look at the handles dude.
  10. Thanks TLOA. Even though LA is up 2-0, I know this series is far from over. I've already pissed off a few of the Devils faithful. I guess that is to be expected. I'm not a trash talker. I just love the game of hockey. I have a 12 year old who plays travel hockey and my wife is actually from Long Island...so she is a big Rangers fan. We've had season seats as a couple wince we were dating in 1993. We literally signed up for season seats a week after they lost the cup to Montreal thinking that GLORIOUS times were ahead. There have been LOTS of lean years in the Forum and Staples Center. I got a big kick out of some of the hardcore fans here though. Not too happy about the result of Game 2. Although, I have to admit, it's pretty hard for me to comprehend when a team goes 10-0 on the road in the playoffs and they are called 'lucky.' Cheers and thanks for the welcome.
  11. Stanley Cup after the 'D.'
  12. Too funny. Well, he is indeed a hard hitter...or has become a hard hitter.
  13. Freakin' hilarious!!
  14. I am looking forward to game 2. That way, when the controversial plays come about, we can debate. :-) Before the playoffs, Dustin Brown wasn't hated all that much around the league. Now, I think that Vancouver, St. Louis, and Phoenix all want his head on a platter. lol
  15. Well, give us time to form a rivalry...the environment will change. lol How do Devils fans feel about WIng fans? Out here in LA, they are ALL OVER the place, and the come in the form of a couple. This leads me to believe they are a total group of bandwagon fans simply because they are successful.
