Daniel
I'm not that familiar with the case, but I came across this piece by Ann Coulter making the case that the guy was guilty as sin and that Davis's supporters were not telling the whole story. I'm not the biggest fan of Coulter, so I wanted to know if anyone has found a rebuttal to the points she's made (one being that there were 37 eye witnesses of whom only seven recanted their testimony and that those recantations left much to be desired). I did a quick google search, but couldn't find anything other than people being angry at Coulter's tone, which is not really an argument. Full disclosure, I support capital punishment, but find that the only convincing argument in opposition is the risk of executing an innocent person. Jimmy Leeds
GUILTY. Another brilliant piece by Coulter. Now it's just too bad Mumia Abu Cop Killer is allowed to steal my oxygen.
