I have no doubts that Kovy has said "Show me the money" at least once.

He did "the dance" with Jay Grossman on the phone and put his kids on speaker phone. His wife told Jay about the ant problem..

Kovy could have played in Russia when he was a free agent for that same contract and didn't. His wife wants to live here and he wants to raise his kids as Americans. It's all just noise.

The "transfer fee" would be considered HRR, and if it wasn't it would soon be negotiated as such because the other owners, and the PA, would flip their lids.

Medvedev is a jerkoff and Kovy trying to make everyone happy is responsible for this, thus he should have to be the guy who answers the door.

At the business end of the shop, the players are just assets on the balance sheet. They all have a value that's hopefully fully insured sumewhere.

If it were my team, I would say $250m please or go home.

Even tough what Some of you guys are saying makes sense, I just can't see the decils do that, it won't happen.
