22 posts in this topic

Yep...

Finally after 14 years of Devils addiction.... After years of only enjoy reading of post-game, after years my body trying to take the damage of full season of very little sleep, listening radio then stream (thanks technology) etc etc...

Finally...

I will see the Devs LIVE... in a proper arena and the whole big deal !

Ok... Sadly it will not be at The Rock... so I will not be able to met some of you (i mean... if you would have want that of course)
BUT...

14 January... Montreal here i'm !

I know that it's not the perfect place to put such a topic... and DM, excuse me about that... i will not do that again... But... let's just say that it's "some kind of a big deal" (for me only ok.. but still ! ; ) )

You have no idea how in heaven i currently am. That's why i post this in Hell. Obviously.

The most probably last Marty's game in Montreal.... Putain !!!

This season will be extra-special. Let me tell you this... This even will be the lucky charm for the whole season. Now i know that the fourth cup is on our way.

(i'm gonna send a handwritten letter to Lou to tell him to getting prepared for the parade)

I'm COMING NHL, i'm coming Citizen of America & Canada... The French will do silly things in your land !

Nice, I love Montreal. Can't make it up there, but have a great time. You gonna get to spend some time in North America?

WHAAAA???   But MOntreal is FAKE FRENCH.

Look, I understand you wanting to help set them straight on a few things about being Francais vrai - but ... well...

<_<

whatever....  have a good time in fake frenchland  <_<

Don't you all secretly wish the Devils knew they had a VIP in the crowd and could do something nice - let hang out with him and stuff.  We all get the chance to meet players a few times a year - it would just be nice... now if he was in NEWARK it would have been easy  but noooooo...... he has to go to Montreal...  <_<

Ooh.. don't tell me about it...I will be so disgusted by all this silly accent... They aren't french of course.. they are... they are... weird !

Of course, french doesn't have accent... We speak english with a perfect accent that we are often take as citizen of Ohio or Texas...

And i expect the city of Montreal doing some kind of celebration for the second coming of the Messiah...

Newark isn't ready yet for me.

I will come for the Parade after the winning game of Stanley cup Final... If it's ok.

Montreal is the best city in North America. Period. Enjoy.

Thanks !

Montreal is an awesome town, I saw a Devs-Habs game up there back in 2008- the atmosphere is incredible. Most incredible hockey atmosphere I've ever seen. Enjoy, and hopefully the Devils get you a win.

See, I prefer Toronto. I also love New York. But Montreal's one of the few cities anywhere I've been to (along with Chicago, Toronto, Madrid, and London) that I could go back to an infinite number of times.

Damn, you are hardcore. Devils better win.

Wow, good for you, and especially to be able to see them in a French-speaking city. :)

I'm still holding out hope the new ownership takes marketing the team seriously and sends their asses to Europe someday. :P

Hey moutic! I'll be at the game too!! It will be the first game my brother (also a Devils fan) and I will see together live since the banner ceremony in 2003. You will have to come over an introduce yourself!
