She give it to him because she said you are the one who keeps the team together. Since then, dan snyder is with bob hartley everyday. in fact, bob hartley bring his bracelet to every game he coach. If you learn french you can listen to that amazing recap with hartley's comments. According to Hartley Snider's family apologize the human mistake of danny Heatley... If they wanted they could have heatley in jail for a long time but didn't want retribution from the accident. It was just a tragic car accident. They happen. He was going at least 20 miles over the speed limit (some sources citing 82 in a 35). It wasn't a just an accident, he was driving recklessly.
