mfitz804
Poor Gionta, he is so small he has zero reach, puck has to be within a foot and a half of his feet for him to play it.
Zubie#8
Well that should have been a goal....thanks refs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

mfitz804
They really do need to do something about these ridiculous challenges.
squishyx
I'm going to go a different direction, I am happy we have challenges for plays like that. I think refs will be more likely to call a questionable goal a "goal" and then let the challenge overturn it. Imagine if the refs were forced to conference about that play (given Reimer trying to sell the interference) Sure 9/10 times they get it right, but now with the review option I think it's closer to 99/100.
mfitz804
Gionta should have just picked up the puck and placed it gingerly in Reimer's hand.
'7'
Well at least Gio stayed onsides that play. But after letting Phaneuf walk right in from the point (luckily he dubbed it) the little guy gets a golden chance in front of Reimer and "fires" off a 30mph pregame shootaround wrister. They just totally bungled a goal for Hawks/Coyotes and took a good goal for Chicago off the board
CommonDreads
I'm just thankful that we didn't get scored on because of that flopper Kadri, dude infamous for plays like that. He's like Plekanec.
