Yep just saw. Apparently he came off the bench too to go after the official, wasn't even involved in the play. He's toast.

I wonder what the penalty will be...what's in the rule book, or whatever Goddell makes up on the fly.

And the final play of the game was replayed 6 times because of penalties

At least the calls were legit that I saw.

KC just lost their inside track on the #1 seed...at least they hold the tiebreaker against the Pats.

Really feels like there isn't any team that stands out a whole lot at the moment.

NE played some improved defense, but it's pretty clear that the Falcons are a hot mess right now...first, blowing a 17-point lead at home and getting shut down in the second half by the Dolphins, then coming into NE clearly not having gotten over last year's SB loss...they played and coached scared and out-thought themselves, and it showed.  You could see that they are playing with no confidence right now...and crazy as it sounds, they're not about to get a break against the Jets, who are playing hard and have been competitive in most of their games this season.

Strange game last night, in that initially there was no energy...both teams came out very flat, and it just felt like something was missing.  Pats got it going in a very business-like fashion and did more than enough to win, but it never felt like a terribly compelling game...a little odd for a SB rematch.  Not good for a league that is far from its strongest at this point.

Anyway, just like that, just seven games into this season, the Pats are all done with the NFC (3-1)...now it's on to the AFC West for next three games (the game against the Raiders will be played in Mexico City), before playing five of their final six within their division.  If the Dolphins and Bills can keep finding ways to win, the stretch drive will be very interesting...the Dolphins get their chances to knock off the Pats in Weeks 12 and 14, and the Bills take their shots against the Pats in Weeks 13 and 16.  Pats have to go into Pittsburgh for Week 15 as well (though Tomlin can't seem to figure out how to beat the Pats lately...he's 2-6 against them as the Steelers' HC, and they've lost four in a row to NE...last win was in 2011).  Bills and Dolphins also play each other in Weeks 15 and 17.  Could be a lot of knocking each other off as the season winds down.
