I have a gif one on my desktop that has some animation (size of the file is 16.9KB)....and when I upload it it does not animate...does the file have to be in a special format for that to happen? If it's over 105x105 it'll be shrunk down, and I think that'll kill the animation because it gets turned into a JPG or something like that.
