No one can prove he signed it, he didn't use the stick, nor did he intend to. I'd say keep it and tell the story of how you met him and that he was gracious enough to sign it for you specifically. Its probably worth $20-$30. I've got one in my room as well. Dano signed one of those old wooden score-o sticks with the devils logo on it.
