Someone needs to make his nose look like that guy on Dallas, I think Stephane Robidas is the guy? I have no problem having a defenceman who has won a stanley cup, and been in the finals 3 of the last 5 years, who is also huge,intimidating and tough to play against, and not to mention, can acrually put points up on the PP. Sure he's not the cleanest player in the league, but back when the Devils were winning Stanley cups and making it past the first round, people were afraid to come on to the ice when Stevens was out there. Doc mentioned something about them doing it in '92 after/during the Gulf War. Its been a tradition since the late 1980's. Most people think it started during the 91 Gulf War but it was a tradition there before that. The 91 ASG at old Chicago Stadium with the Gulf War as a backdrop is probably the most memorable. 1-1 Brouwer ties it on a nice one-time pass from Hossa. Instead its for the bloody murder Philly is getting away with. Not to mention twice either McCreary or O'Halloran got in the way of a Blackhawks player trying to rush in on net.
