Weekes Head
honestly, i'd still go then. i mean, they have better things to do than scout you out to see if you're there. i have no idea how many people have been booted from the arena, but it has to be a good sized number. i'd go and just stay in my seat. in fact, i do remember more -- when i did have to walk around teh arena, i'd always make sure to have someone with me to kind of deflect any attention. if i saw any security, i'd walk in the other direction. if i saw an usher walking in my general direction, i'd just get up and go into the bathroom or something. it barely happened anyway. i don't know if newark is any stricter though. good luck either way buddy. i know how you feel. overtime98
Maybe if you weren't a classless piece of garbage you wouldn't have to worry about this. Sounds like you should be rooting for the team on the other side of the Hudson. You would fit in better there. wow If I were you I would just go and not do anything to attract attention. this. good advice. The classless Ranger fans were the problem. I saw many good people break that night due to the classless fans you refer to... It takes 2 to tango.
peteyvegas
You could try one of two things: Either paint your face or wear a jacket and tie. That might throw them off.
Devils731
Get a hot tub time machine and stop yourself from punching another guy at the arena, problem solved.

UnderDogX
just call 'em again and be all like, "yeah i'm totally mad that i can't go so now i have to sell my tickets." and they'll be like, "yeah we stopped a criminal." and you'll be all like, "it wasn't my fault." and they'll be all like, "sorry broski." and you can be all like, "i'm probably just giving my tickets to my twin. and he'll be wearing an elias jersey not like my parise one." and they'll be like all, "but you were thrown out wearing an elias jersey." and you can be like. "i was wearing an elias jersey that night....or was i?" and then you'll hang up and the guy on the phone will be all like, "man i'm so confused." then you can be like, "yeah!" and give a big thumbs up to the camera..... and once you wipe the sarcasm off the above you can see I generally agree with RD, just go....one of 5 scenarios happen...1) you'll stay home and cry into a green beer wishing you were at the game 2) you'll go and sit peacefully watching the whole game 3) you'll go, do something stupid and get kicked out again 4) you'll go, do something stupid, get kicked out again and then arrested which will forever tarnishing your good name, your dog will be so upset he'll commit seppuku, you'll lose your job, your girlfriend will dump you and your kids will hate you forever or 5) you'll go win a contest have a super happy dance dance party fun time either way you have a 42% chance of nothing happening if you go....I was soooo good at math...yeah* *thumbs up to the camera Edited March 17, 2010 by UnderDogX
Weekes Head
oh, and one time we had a great closeup of us on the jumbotron at teh caa after we were banned. granted, it was a preseason game, but it was terrifying, 'specially since when they were doing the post game highlights, they showed us AGAIN. if i can be plastered on a giant tv screen in front of a thousand people, i think you'll be okay laying low in your seat haha. maxpower
don't see what the problem is, unless you got escorted out by 10 ushers/security people. just don't sit in the same place.
thedowder
Just curious. What exactly happens when you get thrown out? I'm assuming you have to write some type of letter of apology of some sorts?
Weekes Head
you have to sign a form or something and then they take a "mugshot." (aka polaroid) but yeah, you have to write a letter to the head of security and explain why you should be reinstated. they'll have a hearing about it (or so they say -- i doubt they do sh!t) and then write back to you letting you know where you get back in or not. if you do, cool. if not, they bitch at you and say if you come back you'll get arrested for trespassing. devsin4
I got kicked out of the Ranger game last week and havent received my 'reinstatement' papers yet, but I have tickets for tonight. Im not sure what I should do, or if I should be worried about trying to attend. Anyone have to get reinstated here before? Me and my freinds got kicked out of Oz Fest for smoking weed in 2003 (after we won the cup)at PNC Arts center. They took our pictures and fingerprints, then escorted us off the property and said the same thing "If you ever come back, you'll be charged with tresspassing and you'll be sent to jail." The next year, .I cut my hair and wore sunglasses and a hat and kept my head down low..No problem!! So don't worry about it. Did they ever get back to you? Just curious.
