I've only ever really done that once.... went to bed with a burner on. When I made breakfast the next morning I could smell something kinda funny. But the other 1,000,000 times I've worried about leaving the stove on, I've always had it turned off. Maybe I just like to worry needlessly. Don Posted March 30, 2008 Share Posted March 30, 2008 What I need is an alarm that goes off if I leave the house keys in the door for more than 2 minutes. Often I'll throw all the grocery bags I'm carrying into my left hand, unlock the door with my right hand, push the door open, enter, kick the door shut so the cat doesn't get out and run the groceries into the kitchen and put them away. Completely forgetting to take the keys out of the door. BTW - I filled it out as best I could, but I don't have any 65+ family members.
