Devils731
It isn't unusual for teams to bring up some players from their AHL teams to get some practice time in with the NHL guys. Also, a lot more guys take practice off because of the rigors of the playoffs so the guys that do practice need bodies to practice against. SC Devs Fan
I don't see Lou letting these guys go into the game overconfident. As I gaze into my crystal ball I see a solid effort tonight and the Rags will have to play their best to win.

If I was the Rangers I'd try to get Hollweg on the ice early to try and pump them up.

Motorcity Devil
Sometimes teams rally around missing one of their stars - the Devils have to be very careful tonight... Normally, when teams face adversity they "play for each other" often times overcoming big odds. I feel confident saying that I don't see the Rangers "rallying around one another" as they haven't had much adversity this season. Look for a 3-1 or 4-2 victory tonight... It's game 3 I'm worried about!

Devil Fan
Prediction: Devils 5 Rangers 0 Brodeur only faces 15 shots and Elias scores 3 goals and one helper to catapult the Devils to lead the seires 2-0.

4Stevens4
This game scares me more than if Jagr and Lundy were playing. It's almost set up as a trap type game. (No pun intended) The Devils better be ready!
Gomer23
3-1 Devils. GIO, Patty, and Martin, with Gomer paddin' the Assist column. Edit: and one @$$ whooping on Hollweg by Cam. Edited April 24, 2006 by Gomer23

LucifersDog
Devils will win tonight. They know what they have to do and that is to get up by 2-0 and they never have lost a playoff series with a 2-0 lead. Devils win. Go Devils Marty will be outstanding tonight. Anhkheg
Anyone know if this game is being shown on NBC (please please say yes, I can watch NBC games in the Caribbean on Cable). It was such a blessing to see the Devs game on Saturday, I am starved for Devils games.
