DevilMinder
Kapanen and Amonte both with goals after 1 period. 2-0 Flyers..
NJayDevil
Ottawa is 2-7 in Game 1's, never won a Game 1 at home. Odds are against them this game.
NJayDevil
Know what I don't get, they do not black out ESPN for Flyer games even though all comcast users in this area gets Comcast Sportsnet. But they black out ESPN when Devs are on Metro and I don't get that. All bullsh!t.

Beck27
3 goals in 7 minutes. That's why Ottawa is so dangerous.
westcoastdevfan
Ottawa is really awesome. If they meet the Devs in the ECF. They will give us fits.
NJayDevil
Whew, I was saying all playoffs I don't wanna play the Flyers but now I think I might want to. Jeez Hossa is so awesome.
westcoastdevfan
I believe the Devils have a better chance against the Flyers than the Sens.
westcoastdevfan
4-2 It's over, well Philly started well but the better team with the better goalie won.
NJayDevil
Cechmanek's sh!tTY goalie style was exposed this game.
DevilMinder
Yea he was pretty bad. That one kick GOAL he got was the icing on the cake. Now there are some flyer fans on their board blaming this loss on the Bettman hockey. Yup good ole Bettman was responsible for the Sens quality defense and goal tending. Damn Bettman for forcing Clarke to keep Cechmanek as their #1! Damn him damn him!
Zamode
He's going to fold sooner or later. That was a fast four goals though considering Philthy probably thought this one would be theirs (I did not see the whole game).
GetReal
Ottawa showed that they are awesome. Awesome during the regular season and now in the playoffs. However, can they hold up, they never have in playoffs?

Zamode
Well I think if the Devs met the Sens, Marty would have to hold up the team. Not meaning that in a detrimental way but if there was a lack of O, it would really hurt.
teresa25
The Sens are incredible and I love that they did it with out spending huge sums of money

Pepperkorn
What are everyone's thoughts of meeting up with Ottawa? Just remember you asked! and here's as far as my thoughts get:
devilsrule33
I need the Sens to win. I want to go to see some playoff games. Also I want to beat the damn Sens and make fun of my friends forever. They bugged me liek nuts when we lost to them in 98.
CHICO IS GOD
Ottawa has the offense, has the defense, but when I look for a fault, I come upon Lalime. He's a good goalie no doubt, but is he a Marty? Absolutely not (of course not many are) but anyways, remember the "stress" Marty was under when facing Roy in 01. I feel as if it might be a similar situation for Lalime. The Devils can beat Ottawa, but anyone can beat anyone. If all was going well for both teams and there were no injuries, my pick would be Devils in 7 because of the advantage in the crease and playoff experience, the 3rd round would be a whole new world for the Sens
