If so, who does he think will be shopped and what kind of return does he expect those players to bring back? Also, I'd like to hear what he thinks the team needs to do to be competitive again and if he feels like it can be done without a full teardown and rebuild process. Yeah, he did RBNY games, but he knows nothing about soccer. IMO, the NHL equivalent of Pirlo was a guy the likes of Scott Niedermayer or Pavel Datsyuk. The plus side of a low scoring hockey game is that at least you're likely to see a much higher number of scoring chances over a soccer game.
