The Devils are missing something, they just don't seem to have the spark they have had in the past. I think they lack leadership. Let's face it our captains gone, I don't see anyone on this team filling that roll. Any thoughts? Any oppinions? Any ideas on who would be a good fit, and how we could get them? We definitley do need someone back there that is feared, but that isnt something that is going to just happen in an instant leadership like that takes time to build.
