Don
On several other boards I participate on there is an indicator on the thread folder indicating that you participated in that thread. Is that one of the options that you can turn on and off, or are those boards running completely different software? I'm asking out of curiosity more than anything. For example, it's useful for me over at CalgaryPuck because I only read half the threads and often forget which ones I posted in. Here, it would be less useful since I read almost all of the threads (except NLD) so such an indicator would be next to useless.
Masked Fan
If you posted there will be a little mark in the envelope to the left of the titles. Problem is you need to be in the subforum to see them. If you are in "todays active topics" it aint there. i think.
Don
Ah, okay. It has to do with how I read the board. I only use "View New Posts" and *NEVER* go into the individual forums. That explains it. Thanks!!
DevilMinder
I find that annoying as well. I will see if there is a solution (or Rowdy will beat me like he seems to lately).
RowdyFan42
I, too, have always found it annoying how the "you posted here" indicator shows up in the forum view but not the new posts view. I never bothered to look into it, though; I would assume it has something to do with the SQL queries used by each view. Without looking at the source code, my guess is it would take some modifications to get that indicator going.
