Devil Dan 56
I love Cam and his attitude but I just never get where he's supposed to fit, especially on a team with no offense.

What are you talking about? Janssen is tied with or has more goals than: Bernier, Loktionov, Carter, Clowe, Boucher, Gionta, Fayne, Larsson, Tedenby, Volchenkov, Merrill, Salvador, Harrold, Olesz, Sestito, Josefson, and Sislo. Janssen is like an offensive juggernaut for this team!

But jeez, Bernier, Loktionov, Carter, Clowe, Gionta...those guys should all have many, many more goals than Janssen. Nobody is going to claim Cam off waivers, he'll be back in Albany. Clowe is doing fine, missed half the god damn season so far. Almost a ppg player since back. Carter missed alot of time as well, also thought he had 3 goals. Gionta, I don't expect gionta to score much. Bernier, same thing don't expec much in goals department. Lokti has spent the majority of the season playing with guys like cam, could be why he doesn't produce.
Colorado Rockies 1976
Clowe was hurt. Lokti teased with 7 goals in 18 games when he first came to the Devils, but suffice it to say he's probably never going to do much here offensively. MadDog2020
Interesting.. Not that interesting. He won't be claimed, will go to Albany, and will probably get called up again after the St. Louis game when another one of our forwards undoubtedly gets hurt (we have an almost fully healthy forward corps now, so I expect an immediate injury to a player of value. Story of the season).

Then Lou will have a built-in excuse to not make drastic changes this summer. No dice on that sh!t.

2ELIAS6
he cares because he wants to be on the team.. hes just not an nhl quality player and he has nothing to really contribute to what we are desperately lacking right now
thecoffeecake
Bernier, same thing don't expect much in goals department.Bernier put up decent numbers last year as far as I remember. I see him breaking out the way Clarkson did, he led the q in scoring when he was in juniors, San Jose traded up to get him in the first round a few years back. He produced well his first couple NHL seasons too.

DJ Eco
Bernier put up decent numbers last year as far as I remember. I see him breaking out the way Clarkson did, he led the q in scoring when he was in juniors, San Jose traded up to get him in the first round a few years back. He produced well his first couple NHL seasons too. I think back to this season and there've been so many close chances I can remember Bernier almost scoring on. Some open nets, some flukey saves, crazy defensive plays that stopped him from scoring on a must-score chance. He does the right things and gets to the right areas, the goals will come, I like Bernier.
