MadDog2020
Yeah I have no idea who this dude is. Probably an Albany acquisition. Edited October 6, 2015 by MadDog2020
sundstrom
traded for a 7th. would have clear waivers to go to albany. looks like this means zacha going back to sarnia.
Triumph
Yeah, he's definitely not an Albany acquisition because someone else will claim him if he's sent down on waivers. Interesting move, I wonder if he draws into the opening lineup.

Derlique
Zacha and Helgeson are likely the cuts. UNLESS, Stephen Gionta gets sent down.

DJ Eco
All the replies on Twitter from Kings fans are along the lines of, "That's all we could get for him?", which is a decent sign. I'm seeing some positive descriptions of him from Kings fans. Edited October 6, 2015 by DJ Eco

moustic
I guess LA couldn't keep him in their roster.. and they didn't wanna risk losing him to the waiver (they will have) ... so at least they got something. Smart move by Shero !
'7'
Know nothing about him Can he skate? He also killed it in the AHL playoffs last year. 15 points in 49 games in 12-13. 80 in 71 last year and 20 in 19 playoff games They heck happened here? He's undersized as you might imagine...but not Joe Whitney size.

Triumph
Assuming he grew up around his birthplace of Yardley, PA, that makes him a local boy, sort of - Yardley's right across the Delaware River from Trenton.

Jas0nMacIsaac
Excellent pickup, some interesting notes. It is rare for a winger to outscore his linemates by so much in a season, he also had the best +- on the team by far. John Hynes obviously seen a lot of him as well so I can see him fitting into the system.

Ah so he may have grown up in the area during the Devils run of dominance. Wonder if he's a Rangers or Flyers fan,
thelastonealive
Went to Germantown Academy in Philly for high school, played in the Flyers Cup a couple of years, including being named MVP of it in '05. http://www.homenewspa.com/2015/05/19/from-yardley-to-yale-to-the-ahl-oneill-has-manchester-in-final-four/ Going to guess he probably grew up a Flyers fan (that area is very much Philly suburbs, despite being across the river from Trenton), but I'm really liking the local flavor we're seeing between him and Palmieri. mfitz804
Ok, I'll take the reigning AHL MVP for a 7th, worth a shot.
