Instead, the No. 3 pick in the 1991 draft has been reluctant to tout personal accolades -- especially the ones decided by other people. Like, say, the Hockey Hall of Fame selection committee. "That's just my personality. I'm a guy who likes to go about my business and let things fall where they may," Niedermayer said. "I think that's how I played the game.
