Do the dancers get paid anything more than parking money?

Stephanie - the captain isn't bad looking.

I guess...for a 35 year old....I mean, damn, she's not terrible, but she must be at least 30 years old. What kind of cheerleading/dance squad for a pro sports team hires anyone over the age of 24-26? I mean, maybe one older chick to lead the team, but those bitches were gnarly looking. I thought the "dance team director" Amanda was better looking than all the actual dancers, but that's not saying a whole lot about her either.

Um. Yea. Wow besides Aubrey all those chicks are pretty, pretty haggard. I'm talking 4's.

I think Ashley and AJ are pretty cute too. Felicia also has a place for me as she was the dancer who escorted me out for scoring a couple years back.

The Devils Dancers are not the Lakers girls by any means, but the photos on the site are pretty terrible as I know a few of them do look better in person.

As for the coach, I think Colin said here before that she works or has worked as a waitress at Green Knoll Grill in Bridgewater.

Just wanted to bump this to say how happy I've been with Poni's acquisition.

For his entire tenure with the Devils, Zubrus has been the team's ultimate complimentary player, filling gaps on lines with various players and differing skill sets. He's done well pretty much wherever he's been put, but has always been that complimentary guy.

With Poni, we finally have a guy whose style compliments Zubrus's. Watching those two play together has been a lot of fun. I almost wanna call them the Huffy Line because of how hard they cycle. It's no surprise DeBoer tends to put them out after a goal allowed because they're so good at getting the puck deep and keeping it deep ... the prototypical momentum buster.

First this season brought us the blessing of a near carbon copy of Parise named Henrique. Now we pretty much have a second Zubrus. Win, lose or draw, a team that works hard is always easy to root for. Not only is this team working hard, but they're winning. Great stuff, and yet another under-the-radar yet excellent pick up by Lou.

Does that line spend any time in our zone? they're always on the forecheck.

reading the poni article, he sounds very professional with regards to where he will play next year; the team with the largest offer! so what will it take to keep him if he winds up with 15-17 goals?

with the exception of last night, i guess, its true. they play so well on the forecheck i love watching them

All Lou is going to do is stare at Poni from across the boardroom table and he'll instantly sign the contract for whatever Lou desires.

Yupp, both Zubie and Poni are two third line players that make up a championship caliber team. This is exactly what Deboer talked about when he said the bottom six needed work. If he can go out and get a RW and a solid defensmen, I like our chances.

Clarky has been great this season, but if Lou can make a move to give more depth at RW, we can have a line of Ponikarovsky-Zubrus-Clarkson, I personally would love that line! Or just have Travis centre both of them when he is back.
