DaneykoIsGod
Frankly -- a regular espresso maker is just as fast as a keurig and you can pick your beans....you're not hostage to their little cups Of course we now roast our own beans even we're BOTH that particular. Kind of weird when I think about it -- but it's so easy and SOOOOOO worth it!! We were also gifted our roaster and the espresso machine so... I've also got one of these thingamajigs that lets me use whatever coffee I want, not just the stuff that comes in K-cups. Once I'm no longer living out of a bedroom and actually have a kitchen of my own to store coffee, I'll use it more. Until then, I'm sticking with the K-cups for convenience's sake. And all the suggestions are much appreciated!
jim777
When we had one in the office I liked a Green Mtn Kona and a Green Mtn Hot Chocolate one after another into the same big cup, and that was pretty good for a 10:30/post-meeting pick up. Wish I had one now, come to think of it...
Masked Fan
Early candidate for the siggy award. I'm going to go make a note of that somewhere. RowdyFan42
Does anyone have one of those Keurig coffee makers? I just got one and am now on a mission to find what coffee I'll wanna use. So far I've had the Donut House (which I really liked) and Green Mountain Nantucket Blend (not bad). Any suggestions? Favorites? I'm more of a flavored coffee guy. I usually get the Green Mountain French Vanilla or Caramel Vanilla Cream. If you go to greenmountaincoffee.com, you can get a much wider variety than you'd get in stores. Plus, you can sign up for scheduled delivery, and if you get four or more boxes at a time, shipping is free. They don't just make coffee in the K-Cups, either; there's also hot chocolate (Cafe Escapes is better than the Green Mountain cocoa), various teas, and they just added a hot apple cider K-Cup. Carmel Vanilla cream is everyone at the offices favorite. It SERIOUSLY smells like a candle! They also all put those flavored creamers in -- hazelnut is the fave in that dept. I don't quite understand the point of flavored coffee. It's not a difficult concept but I can't reconcile that it would be COFFEE you'd actually be wanting -- I can't think of it as itself -- I feel like it's a sad substitute - I can't understand how it would be satisfying. I am totally weird!!--Hey - but I love those icey things... cooladas! But I like them just coffee flavored - everyone always gets me the mocha thinking I'd REALLY like that... and of course I quietly thanks them and choke it down. How weird is that? My husband always says "Oh I hate that -- give me my money back and you take that." I'd be mortified to do that.

thelastonealive
Any chance of a bigger picture? I can't make out what it says.
sammyk
Any chance of a bigger picture? I can't make out what it says. If I had a version where I could make out what it says I wouldn't be asking for help, now would I? Unfortunately that's the best I can do, it's from a PDF and zooming in does nothing. Local shopping center developer. They put logos of stores/restaurants that are possibly coming soon. I'm just curious as to what it is. Masked Fan
So, this is a bit of a pdf of like a site map and the symbols on it represent where the stores would be getting built? In that case, do you have the bigger picture to look at for clues?

Masked Fan
See there? The key on the big plan looks like the spot is for a Restaurant. I think they got the Shogun right. BTW Ya gotta like the guns they show on that link you posted. It could be Shogun, that bright left corner could be a flaming hibachi. I've seen several different logos on several different Shoguns.
