The Devils will have to find a way to shut down ovechkin for that to happen. Marty Brodeur will start in goal for the Devils. ZZ Pops will have to have a good game for the Devils to be successful. Par9 Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 I would like to point out a few things... Once you get past the Caps first two lines they are all downhill. Hopefully we take that to a advantage play ZZ Pop against Ovy and Nieds and Pando against the 2nd line. By then I hope Bergfors, Zubrus, Halichuck, and Clarkson can light the lamp. Take that the Caps are on a losing streak to a advantage. Get ZZ Pop to make Ovy/Backstrom/Semin to play some defense instead of putting our checking line out there. Marty needs to have a good game.
