Satans Hockey
Didn't see this posted. Very scary stuff. I hope he recovers soon. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=399869 "Brett was playing hockey last night when he suffered a medical emergency," said Coyotes general manager Don Maloney in a statement. "Brett received CPR on site and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance where he was treated. halfsharkalligatorhalfman
Yeah this is terrifying. I remember when it happened to Jiri Fischer in a game. Also hearing about Alexei Cherepanov. I hope he fully recovers but I'd guess his hockey career is over. Edited July 4, 2012 by halfsharkalligatorhalfman
devilsfan26
Didn't Sergei Zholtok die from something similar while playing in Europe during the lockout? It seems like these things happen about once a year in pro hockey. Is there something about ice hockey that makes you more prone to sudden heart problems?
