NJDevsRock
I was wondering why the registered members counter doesn't work for me. I noticed it back when there was talk of 2000 members, but I figured it was a cookies/browser history clearing issue. I cleared everything yesterday but it still seems stuck as I noticed in his post that Benedict Gomez is well over the 2000th member. This is pasted from my section: Our members have made a total of 512,613 posts We have 1,589 registered members The newest member is BenedictGomez Most users ever online was 244 on Jul 1 2007, 09:00 PM Admittedly I am not too techical so any help would be appreciated. threestars
Non all people who join up actually confirm their membership. So the "member number" you see in their little panel beside their posts shows their number, but the number on the index shows the number that actually confirmed their membership. My index shows the same number yours does.
Masked Fan
And if DM disinvents someone, I think that effects the "total" #, but not the next #.
DevilMinder
As others mentioned sometimes people don't complete the registration and they dissappear from the queue but they take their number in the line with them. I have not deleted many people unless they really piss me off.
