Colorado Rockies 1976 Posted October 4, 2013 Share Posted October 4, 2013 Something to remember...the Devils' sched is brutal to start the season. 15 out of their first 23 games are on the road...including a 5-game Canada trip and a 3-game West Coast swing...all while trying to establish chemistry among all the new faces. In other words, don't be surprised if this team is a few games under .500 by November 23...if they can survive that 23-game stretch without digging themselves too deep a hole, and the Devils get more comfortable with each other over that time, this team should be able to contend for a playoff spot.
