I was in a rex plex league before I messed up my knee back in 2001, just got

tired of being slapped on house teams and stuff... now we play with just friends in

Hillside or Woodbridge depending on number of people and fun stuff like that

most of us don't skate but we welcome skaters too :hi:

(what is hockey ?)

It's a game the people of France are not very good at. :P

I play ball hockey whenever the friends round up enough guys. I used to play all the time in university. That and broomball. I can't skate (unrepairable ankle problem), so I just loved playing broomball.

I have the opposite problem... I can't run for long because of shin splints, so hockey is the game for me.

that was great to have people at the big rink and maybe more people will show

this time... it was much fun and I can't think of a better way to spend one of my

League, recreational, otherwise?

just curious...

Didn't we did this thread not long ago? I still play sticks/pucks (pick up) & an over 35 league. (rec)

I coached bantam (house) this last year and will coach peewee's or bantams this fall.

I play in a roller hockey league in Edison. I also play goalie in a crappy little street hockey league during the fall in Woodbridge. I won't be playing in a league again until the fall, so I'm hoping to start playing some ice hockey over the summer.

We most definitely have to plan another NJDevs hockey game!! Doesn't matter to me when it is, as long as it's not during school.

Ice Hockey.

For those who play, I need a new stick. Any recommendations?

I play ice hockey at Disney Ice...practice facility of the Mighty Ducks

I can recommend many sticks to you and where to get them.

Depends how much you're willing to spend.

Doesn't matter. I have been using Easton Synergies now for about two years, and they are very expensive.

try the Bauer tri-flex gold...composite, light, strong and less then $100.

Stay away from the Gear one-piece, stay far away
