fair enough, I was venting and I need to after seeing a chance slip away (which they have done way to much as of late) It isn't over by a longshot and I know that but damn it they better start showing it by putting pucks in the net...Damn I'm pissed!!

I was not insulting you, at least that was not my point...I know what they did tonight and they have done that throughout the regular season against the Rangers...If you really think they did anything different tonight then the regular season then we agree to disagree...please don't insult my intelligence though about the lack of hockey knowledge, we bleed for the same team..

I'm not tryin to be an a$$hole, really, but the fact that they are not going in regardless is still a problem...you don't win series on goals that should have been..

we do not have the defense we used to, if you disagree then I don't know what to tell you..

Hey genius, this and that don't win hockey games...I don't care how good they looked, you have to put the puck in the net plain and simple...Right now they cannot do that..

are you the same guys saying that the season series was close enough to call a draw?? If this and If that are still all If's....This was not Devils hockey and they are in trouble if they continue not to score, plain and simple..

you guys had better learn more about hockey, this was a disaster tonight...We came out strong and let our foot off the gas (as usual) in the second then decided to stick our thumbs up our ass in the third...Devils hockey, I think not..

this no good for fuc$%ng nothing offense who gets paid millions of dollars to score looked like a bunch of pansy's tonight...What a bunch of scrubs I saw play this game...I saw no one hit anyone and the guy we needed to stand up (Marty) fvcked that play up thoroughly...any other night he kicks that to the boards...you fvckin suck Devils!!

I don't think it's truthful but if you can comprehend it's clear he likes the Devils to win because of their Pedigree...He makes some good points but none of them mean crap if the Devils can't score...LETS GO DEVILS!!

I think if my significant other was routing for the opposition the stakes would be a little more risque

I think the only time I felt this pessimistic was back in 04 when we lost to the Cryers because our D was depleted...That doesn't mean I won't be yelling at the TV for mistakes or screaming my a$$ off for every goal...The thing that made me feel confident in years past was we had an incredible defense with great leadership and if it broke down on occassion Marty was able to bail us out...The problem now is the defense is not even close to what we had before with no leadership and Marty can't bail us out every night...We need the leadership to come from the offense from guys who have been there before and not rely on our defense to make up for our offense being inept...We've had flashes of brilliance on offense this year but it's been too far and between which is not going to win you a championship...Let's go Devils, step it up and start scoring!!

tried all day Monday for home game 2 and not a single ticket...tried again today at 2:30pm and got (4) section 22 row 20's for $400...They are going for $150/ piece on stub hub and other sites...I guess it's all about being at the right place right time..

I'm fine with it, there is no reason to overpay for a goal scorer when you have a good D and great goalie...Last time I checked we are second only to Detroit in goals against and first in the east in points...IMO when you get closer to the end of the season chemistry is not something you can build after the trade deadline..
