Food drive this Friday

This person did and is attempting to turn a few cans of string beans and corn into a quick profit:

And with TWO separate listings, nonetheless.

Some people suck.  That is all.

they would have collected a lot less food if they didnt offer something to award people to donate to the drive.. many people like myself would not have even attended had it not be for the opportunity to get tickets for another game at the cost of a donation... especially when you have the drive on a friday and a more attractive opponent on the night right after.. this was clearly an attempt to attract as many people to the friday night game as possible by offering the voucher..and im sure it worked but the atmosphere in the building was one of the worst so far this season and it was quite empty as well.

If the opportunity for free tickets for future games didn't attract people, what in the hell will?

thats what im saying its something they did to try to lore people to the game, if they didnt do that god i dont even wana know how much sh!ttier the attendance would have been. .. and honestly who cares if someone wants to sell and someone wants to buy that voucher.. i mean in what way shape or form does it affect anyone else? people must really have no lives if this is what theyre wondering about.. that voucher is a great deal to someone with a family or group of four that want to go to the game 4(most likely lower level seats) to a game especially if a family were to pick that up for $70 that normally couldnt afford to go and the seller maybe needs the extra money or cant attend.. who cares if hes selling it he still went out and got that voucher just like anyone else.. its his choice to do what he wants to do and as i said can be a real treat to others who maybe just cant afford the outing at a regular price. to think someone took the time out of their day to go searching to find people selling their ticket vouchers is fvcking bonkers.. some people just down right have no life at all.. just nothing better to do.

*Sigh*

You threw tamper tantrums like a 10 year old that i couldn't stop "picking" on you :giggle: , yet you STILL can't resist talking about me like it's a one way street (and playing sly by not mentioning me by name....a little game you enjoy playing then go all coy about it).  So again, you're not only the most ineloquent person here, you also contradict yourself to the point where you don't even know what you do. Maybe in your daily post-a-thons it's a fact you often overlook. :whistling:

But all this coming from someone who said a few posts up they wouldn't have attended if they couldn't get free tickets.

You're really a piece of work.

I'll admit I was kinda on the fence about attending the game Friday and the voucher was really the thing that sealed the deal for me. Well that and my girlfriend ended up going to a birthday party so I had some free time so why not lol.

But this was also the 4th year in a row that I donated to the food drive and when I attend the HFC and toy drive I have always donate and the coat drive I donate when I have an older coat I don't use or a fleece I got brand new from one of my company's vendors that I won't use. I always got those silly raffle tickets in the past but never counted on ever winning as I just like doing it.

But I def got to lol at the guy trying to get $70 for that voucher. If he believes that he will get that then I have a bridge to sell him.

He'd be lucky to get half that, especially knowing you could sell the voucher and still try to use the code before the other person has a chance to.

if the guy really wants to sell the tickets he should just redeem the tickets himself and then sell the actual tickets on stubhub or craigslist

That would probably too much effort for that clown and then between the time he redeems it on 11/24/13 and when the game is about 3 days later, it doesn't give him much time to sell.

That guy sold me my 1988 and 1997 division champs banners.. From what I've heard, he routinely tries to flip freebies or will buy things like banners at low prices (from people who don't know better) and then flip them for huge profits on eBay.. He's definitely a Devils fan, but doesn't mind making as much off the team as possible

Ah aikman8star! I didn't see it was him selling that. I actually have him blocked from bidding on my stuff as I do not want to see my stuff to be flipped by him. Everything he sells he either gets for free or gets them really cheap from people who don't know any better. Nothing illegal about that but he is slimy too. Tried to lowball me on an item on there before I blocked him and he got all butthurt when I wouldn't agree to his price.

He's def a clown.

Got all the way to the page to enter my address and when clicking on submit it said "there were problems with your order". All fields were filled in not sure what the problem was, most likely an issue with ticket master.

Went back and selected will call for the ticket delivery and it worked!!

Anyone having trouble redeeming their tickets ? Keeps telling me no exact matches found

No, the rest of the people above you are doing just fine

I am getting the same issue, but it's a ticketmaster glitch or problem. Not the first time for TM and it won't be the last.
