I gotta stop bringing my real world job perceptions to my fandom… Fitz would make me insanely nervous in my job-field…

I’m worrying we have a Players GM who won’t make the hard decisions to be a championship GM. It’s early to panic, absolutely, but my confidence in Fitz is plummeting each time he speaks.

Oh I’m terrified we’re fvcked. He’s going to do it. uh… if he hires green he has no fvcking clue what they need. I don’t care what the players want in a coach. A real GM gets one that knows how to make his pieces win. Green is not that person.

not shocked but if we can’t sell our team as being in better shape than theirs… my confidence in Fitz will be next to none…

It’s the respectful move regardless of how irate we are, myself included. I want to know interviews are starting immediately though. Even if we don’t have a hire, I want to KNOW FOR A FACT we called to get the process rolling. Fitz can openly advertise who he is chasing, it won’t be a secret to other teams as candidates will probably leverage orgs against one another.

Fitz has me so damn jaded from His inaction all season that I’m pessimistic with him even being involved with team USA. i hate how one atrocious run of 82 games has made my confidence in him take a steep decline

You know what I’m even more pissed off about with the season ending like a morning after binge drinking capped off with Taco Bell? the fact we knew we were dead, but still trotted out sh!tty veterans on expiring deals or hurt instead of giving guys call ups and chances to see what they have against actual talent. DeSimone was claimed, played relatively well, but was repeatedly scratched for my favorite player. Tierney and Nosek brought next to nothing all year but hey, give them one last game instead of Clarke or anyone. the decisions made by the staff of this year might seriously never stop to piss me off well into the summer
