Devils team scope: The Devils' visit to Boston will be their final stop on a three-game road trip. New Jersey, which has lost three straight games, comes in struggling offensively but may be on the verge of getting help. Two of the Devils' top-six forwards, Mike Cammalleri and Marty Havlat, are traveling to Boston and may play after missing six and eight games, respectively, with injuries. The Devils have averaged two goals per game without Cammalleri and Havlat. New Jersey hasn't scored more than three goals since the second game of the season on Oct. 11. Cammalleri's five goals still leads the Devils despite his absence. "If things are going well, you want to be a part of it," Cammalleri told NorthJersey.com on Sunday. "If things aren't going well, you want to help out. There's no fun part about not playing." The Devils will be without center Adam Henrique, defenseman Jon Merrill and forward Ryane Clowe, who are not making the trip with various ailments.

Let's Go Devils!!!

Bruins are a big, tough team. Not sure what to expect going into this one.

Also, whoever said we probably wouldn't see Henrique for at least two weeks.. good call so far.

That was me. And I doubt you see him for another two weeks, along with the other morons who will seemingly never come back. Oh but they're 'close' right Lou? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Edited by MadDog2020

The only saving grace about this pending disaster tonight is Boston is banged up too. But that hasn't been a problem for them, they've just kept winning. Another night where we'll look like a monkey trying to fvck a doorknob just trying to score one lousy goal...

Yup, no excuse tonight. They're missing Chara, Krejci , Miller and maybe Krug.

i thought whatever henrique did was a minor little thing? going over the boards or something stupid.. anyway we should have camm and havlat back for this one which will be our game changer so we should hopefully stand a fighting chance.

@TGfireandice: Cammalleri says he'll play tonight

That's good.  So before the season's out he'll probably miss about 10 more games.  But at least he's back for now.

Lou: "Everything right now is status quo. They are being evaluated day to day and will be available to play when they are ready."

At least Cammo is back... Henrique apparently hurt himself jumping over the boards. That sounds like a groin to me. And groins are a pain in the fvcking ass. Edited by MadDog2020
