  1. Unfortunately, I have to drive to the game today. Anyone know where I can go and not get wacked for $25? Thanks.
  2. what's the cap issue? (sorry, extremely new fan here. still trying to find my way) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> When elias comes back from injury (hes suffering from hepatis i think) his salary will count towards the devils total salary and theyll be over the salary cap <{POST_SNAPBACK}> damn... so i guess hopefully one of our players gets hot so we can sell high, eh? interesting that the NHL lets you stay under the cap until a player is active. I know the NFL, NBA are not like that

  4. So who is realistic at #23 and in the 2nd round?
  5. Funny that you mention it since EY absorbed a lot of the workers at Andersen after they were broken up.
  6. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2110920 Ford reports that this is over... a sign and trade for the Nets 06 1st round pick.
  7. I heard Wal-Mart accounts for 25% of our GDP. That's much too big in my book. They are so powerful and have so much money, they can buy off any politician they want. They certainly are more of a monopoly than Microsoft, but nothing will ever happen to them. I heard they're even going into the car business.
  8. Is +/- a good indicator of production? It's starting to get used in the NBA, but I don't think it applies to the NBA well.
  9. What are the differences between Robinson and Burns?
  10. Are the individual votes public?
  11. So guys, what are our needs going into the draft? Is it defensemen since Niedermayer might bolt and Stevens doesn't have much left? Or do NHL teams mostly focus on the best player available? Also, can someone tell me the difference in roles between a Center and a Wing? Also, do different lines have different characteristics or does it vary among teams?
  12. The Jets are NOT- I repeat - NOT a NJ team. Don't ever insult a boran and raised NJ native and Dolphins fan like myself by saying that ever again. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I really don't want to get into this... the point of this thread is for me to ask about the Devils, not go off on tangents. The Jets play in my home state, and the Dolphins play 2,000 miles away - that's why I root for them. NJ pride. Anyways, back on topic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They're a NY team though. That's all I'm trying to say. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You've got to look at my post in the context I was saying it in. I root for local teams... and since the Jets, Mets, Nets are my local teams I root for them - just like I will root for the Devils.
  13. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2110920 Good job Stephornski!
