Derek21
It really gets no volume. For the fans who love to talk prospects and tout the future of your team and of the upcoming NHL Draft, it's useless right now. I know because I posted two or three different things without much volume. Where's Jason when you need him? LOL Maybe it should be moved to the Hell part and given its own section. This would be similar to your Newark section. That worked out well. I think there are some people that are particularly excited about this upcoming draft. But when they're posting it in Hell, what's the point of having a separate entity? Does what I said make any sense ?
NJDevs4978
Well technically the River Rats/Prospects board isn't about the draft as a whole per se, it's a specialized board as per its description (discussing River Rats and other current Devils prospects - meaning in college or overseas). The draft stuff like previews and whatnot probably should go in the main forum anyways. I don't think we need to have anymore subfolders at this point, the board already looks far less cluttered after we made two folders into subfolders. You are right in that it won't get a lot of use for the next couple months, although maybe threads about eventual Devils draftees 'could' go there. But then of course not as many people would go there and respond, plus it's the 'only' Devil-related news at this point and having it in a little-used folder wouldn't make a lot of people happy EDIT: Well the Prospects board COULD fit in Heaven since there's not really a subfolder there and since it is also 'solely' Devils-related. But then we'd have to change the whole format around too, and either move Heaven into the second section of the forum or eliminate the second section altogether and move the Marketplace under one of the others. Plus I think the posters that do post a lot there (Rowdy, Fidgetess, Jason) would want it to remain a main board.

I can't speak for Fidgetess and Jason, but it doesn't really matter to me whether Rats/Prospects is its own forum or it becomes a subfolder of Heaven or Hell. From an image standpoint, it's probably better off on its own; it might get overlooked under Hell, and the recent evolution of Heaven into the "puckbunny board" makes me a little hesitant to endorse moving it there. One thing that I think should be done is eliminating the second section. Rats/Prospects could be moved to the first section, and Marketplace can be moved to the Site Community section. Just an idea I've had floating around in my head for a while...
Fidgetess
Just as long as we have a place to post River Rat/prospects information, I'm happy.
Jas0nMacIsaac
I would post there more but I feel as if I am wasteing my time. Most times it only gets a couple views and no responses.
Jas0nMacIsaac
Traffic seems the same, I spend a couple of hours looking up stuff on devils prospects and nobody even sniffs it. I think if you made it a sub forum in hell more people might check it out.
