I saw this today and was wondering why there are so few teams to choose from. I mean, since the whole playoff beard is such a long standing tradition, you would think more teams would incorporate a way to include both the fans and the charity of their choice.
Hell, I'd grow a beard during playoffs if it were for a good cause. Plus it's a great excuse to not shave.

During the regular season. Devils have always donned playoff beards. Did you not see Danyeko in 2003?!

The Devils usually grow beards for the playoffs - we just haven't been in the playoffs lately for much more than a 5 O'Clock shadow.
