Kovy's cleaning up so far. It's time for a reality check, Datsyuk wins
of the Devils' mascot, NJ Devil, and
of all mascots far and wide.IT IS VERY HARD TO WIN ONE STANLEY CUP, FORGET ABOUT THREE... and maybe it's high time some of you actually APPRECIATED THAT instead of treating it like it's some flipping birthright because for some random reason you rooted for the damn Devils!!!!!

What does cleaning up mean? being 5.5% behind?

Regardless, it's amazing how drastically the conversation about Kovalchuk has changed over the past year! It's great; he's got a big heart and deserves it.

i think kovalchuk is better... more goal a lot more datsyuk is a magic playmaker.... But i still think kovy is a better player
He simply isn't better. Datsyuk is a center, arguably the best defensive center in NHL, one of the best possession players and arguably a better offensive player. Kovalchuk is the better scorer, that's it.

scoring goal is the toughest thing to do in hockey...
Making your line mates infinitely times better is the hardest thing to do in hockey.

Since the early 90s avoiding a lockout seems to be the hardest thing to do in hockey.
