I was all excited, it only cost like 89 bucks and all was well with the world. Low and behold, AFTER they take the money out of my account, they email me saying "oops, we don't have any jerseys left in stock, an inventory error caused that auction to be placed on eBay. We can charge you another 48 bucks for a regular Devils jersey or you can get a refund." ...what? You can't do that sh!t on eBay. I'm seriously pissed. I'm not shelling out another 50 bucks for something I didn't order, and I don't think it's fair that I WON the auction, GAVE my money to them, and then find out there never was a jersey to begin with...false advertising and isn't that grounds for banning from eBay? Of course nothing will happen, but I'm pissed. CoolHockey officially sucks. This was like the fourth jersey I would have gotten from them, but I'm never touching that website ever again. You know, I had issues with them when they were CoolJerseys. I ordered a Pandolfo jersey in 2003. Two months pass, no jersey. I start to get annoyed, so I tried to email them and it bounced back. I called, no answer. The site had also long been gone...I pretty much thought they took my 200+ and ran. About four months later, my jersey came in the mail randomly one day with explaination or anything. I think a short time later, CoolHockey was born. I don't know why I ever ordered from them again, but they had been doing a good job with my jerseys lately. I generally get my jerseys from Sports Express, but I saw this on eBay and couldn't resist. I e-mailed the guy who screwed me over, only to find out that the refund department hasn't done sh!t yet. How long is this going to friggen take? I've learned my lesson.
