mrthemike
So we signed Damien Brunner. I just want to make sure no one here makes this terrible mistake. A Swiss person is from Switzerland, Brunner is from Switzerland: Swedish people are from Sweden, Brunner is NOT from Sweden: No excuses... nessus
Larsson, Josefson, Urbom, and Tedenby are all Swiss too, so he'll fit right in. It's too bad we don't have a veteran Swiss player in Hedberg anymore. This thread is bound to be full of bad jokes...figured I'd try my best (worst?). NewarkDevil5
I just figure all the flags with big crosses on them are the same country regardless of the colouring. Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland.... Heck, the Union Jack's got a big cross on it too.

Pepperkorn
I am Finnish. So I hate you. Haha, I'm kidding My husband's family is from Eskilstuna - they hate everyone ( or everyone hates them?) So... do Swiss people wear clogs? I know Swedes wear lederhosen -- wait I think that's the Dutch from Denmark - I'm getting confused now. All those Scandinavian countries are all alike So Finnish are from Belgium, correct? Jerzey
Didn't want to start a new topic for this but it looks like this will be our team's national breakdown this year. Obviously there will be people going up and down throughout the season but these are most likely our starters at the beginning (give or take). Canadians 7: Adam Henrique Stever Bernier Ryan Clowe Michael Ryder Travis Zajac Bryce Salvador Marty Americans 6: Ryan Carter Andy Greene Mark Fayne Peter Harrold Stephen Gionta Corey Schneider Czech 4: Patrick Elias Jaromir Jagr Marek Zidlicky Rostislav Olesz Sweden 3: Adam Larsson Jacob Josefson Mattias Tedenby Russia 2: Andrei Loktionov Anton Volchenkov Lithuania 1: Dainius Zubrus Swiss 1:Damian Brunner Edited September 26, 2013 by Jerzey Devil
