They came out flat against Dallas, as was to be expected, and tied in Anaheim when they probably shouldn't have. Still, 1 goal in the last 2 games. Yeah, 9 in the last 4, but that still isn't great. They should've invoked this rule on that play, even if they didn't call a penalty: If, in the opinion of the Referee, the defending side intentionally abstains from playing the puck promptly when they are in a position to do so, he shall stop the play and order the resulting face-off on the adjacent corner face-off spot nearest the goal of the Team at fault.
