leave it to this board to get pissed off with free.
ridiculous.
I do not see anyone pissed.
I just find it funny. There have been a few things I have gotten from the Devils as a giveaway that were pretty nice. However their shirts tend to be terrible.
They have vastly improved with the hats. Years ago it was these cheap, terrible-looking painters hats with a huge Carvel ad on the back. Now it is a respectable, well-built hat with a decent design and just a small MSG+ logo.

The Flyers fans can use the shirts as tourniquets for stab wounds.
Rock your red!
[Mark Messier]: A big, bald attention whore with a stupid Easter Island-lookin face. - from who else? DaneykoIsGod!
Even when Marty comes back maybe Larry should put Clemmensen to be on the goal during the shootouts.
Can the coach do that ? Switch the goalies 5 seconds to go in overtime? - Most priceless quote ever posted on a message board.
Martin Brodeur: THE MOST ALL-TIME WINS!, 12 straight seasons of 30+ wins, 3 Stanley Cups, 4 Vezina Trophies, and zero respect from too many so-called Devils "fans" who are either too young or too bandwagon to remember the much darker days of Sean Burke, Craig Billington, Bob Sauve, Alain Chevrier, and the talented but overwhelmed Chico Resch, among many others.
It's easy to support a great player when he's playing at his very best. It takes a true fan to support that same player during those rare moments and stretches when he's not. Babe Ruth went 0-4 some games, and sometimes Wayne Gretzky was held pointless. There may be such a thing as greatness, but no such thing as absolute perfection every single night.

I thought the Red Alert shirts from the 2010 playoffs were nice
I thought the whole Rock Your Red concept was the best....Until those damn Caps took it away from us. Bastards.
White out was Phoenix's thing wasnt it?
I wish we had our own idea that was just ours.

I think Winnipeg originated it and it moved with the Jets to Phoenix.

Didn't Vancouver start it way back when or was it just the towels?

Speaking of towels, it was clever for Pittsburgh fans to bring their Terrible Towels to the Pens playoff games.

And by game 5 we were down 3-1 in the series, so Red Alert was very fitting
