Of course tonight, Miller will stand on his head and probably shut us out. That is if we get a halfway decent scoring chance at some point. What Chico is saying right here about Miller and how he should go else where for a change for both parties, I am just sitting here thinking, damn it I wish Lou was thinking this with Marty several years ago.

Does Hedberg just never get to play anymore? Marty's had some pretty good games before the last couple, and I didn't see them (I've been in California on a job since the Monday before last), so I don't know how how much of the last two losses could be put on him. But it doesn't seem like it should be a slamdunk that Marty gets to play such a vast majority of the games...not this version of Marty, anyway.
[Mark Messier]: A big, bald attention whore with a stupid Easter Island-lookin face. - from who else? DaneykoIsGod!
Even when Marty comes back maybe Larry should put Clemmensen to be on the goal during the shootouts.
Can the coach do that ? Switch the goalies 5 seconds to go in overtime? - Most priceless quote ever posted on a message board.
Martin Brodeur: THE MOST ALL-TIME WINS!, 12 straight seasons of 30+ wins, 3 Stanley Cups, 4 Vezina Trophies, and zero respect from too many so-called Devils "fans" who are either too young or too bandwagon to remember the much darker days of Sean Burke, Craig Billington, Bob Sauve, Alain Chevrier, and the talented but overwhelmed Chico Resch, among many others.
It's easy to support a great player when he's playing at his very best. It takes a true fan to support that same player during those rare moments and stretches when he's not. Babe Ruth went 0-4 some games, and sometimes Wayne Gretzky was held pointless. There may be such a thing as greatness, but no such thing as absolute perfection every single night.

Is there a reason the Devils keep shooting blocker side?
i guess thats what the coaches told them to do... like coaches tell their players to shoot low in Brodeur's feet

If it doesn't you won't be hearing from me for awhile. I refuse to post on here anymore after a loss..and I'm already planning on doing something else for the Rangers game. I'm not setting myself up for disaster.
I'm sure everyone is stoked about my decision.
