talking about JJ... The tv show Pretty little liars was playing (ok lets skip excuses and not go on why it was on tv and that i was watching)

For all the talk about how great JJ is, he has really not been producing anything offensively. He seems like he might be a really low event player - someone who plays great D but doesn't produce that much on the other end.

It won't be fun to watch but that is exactly what you want out of your 3rd line center. The Devils team for the most part is very low event 5 on 5. We don't have anyone over 30 sf/60, or even close for that matter.

Except that the Devils quickly gave up two goals and Boulton got, I think, one more shift for the rest of the game.

The reason you have Janssen is, I guess, the other players like him, because I'm really at a loss to see what other value he has.

Whoever said they'd rather Jansen in there over Mills just doesn't understand. I like Jansen too. But as a player he doesn't give us a better chance to win imo.

Several times this season I've seen Jansen fight within the first few minutes of a game when the score was 0-0 and nothing in particular had happened to trigger any kind of reaction. If that's not staged I don't know what is.

You call it staged, I call it doing what he's paid to do...or his "job". Like I said earlier. We all don't know what is being said before the faceoff. Other guys are challenging him, do you expect him to say no? Especially when it's 0-0?

For a game vs Rags or Philthy? Yes I'd 100% of the time rather have Janssen in there over Mills. Against maybe the Lightning? Maybe not.

If they're going to both be playing ~5 minutes a game, then I'll take Janssen over Mills. Especially for divisional rivalry games.

Mills = Cam = Useless. So hell, throw Cam in there for some energy
