they just find a way to let the other team hang around like that. I'd rather they run up the score early and put it out of reach and be bored knowing it's a win rather than having drama and OT/shootout at the end.

It seems crazy to say this about a team that's 8-1-1 in its last 10, but damn if this team doesn't make you soooooooooo mad with these third periods.
