I was reading the current magazine and there is an article on the playoff seeding results over the 17 seasons in the current 1-8 format.

Round 1:
1: 73%
2: 56%
3: 65%
4: 65%
5: 35%
6: 35%
7: 44%
8: 27%

The article has all the rounds but the 4th one (Final) was interesting:

1: 35%
2 29%
3: 18%
4: 12%
5: 6 %
6: 0 %
7: 0%
8: 0%

The only team not in the Top 4 seeds to win the Cup was our Devils in 95, beating the #1 seed in the Sweep.

So let's get that #6 seed to win the Final this year !!
