You have to just hear the tone but she is just a bit condescending and there was one moment where she was raising her voice at someone and asking but 'What's it mean?" and she kept repeating it over and over again in this rude way.

Stationed in Section 114, along with my friend who became a STH for 10-11. My sister got 1/2 season tickets after Kovy signed! Now she can enjoy that Kovy jersey often. woohoo!
