Great, another backup the Devils will make look like Marty in his prime for one night.

Clemmensen gets the shutout, you heard it here first

They'd better not let Clemmensen of all people shut us out and point the stick into the air Kevin Weekes-style after another desultory Game 6 loss

there's little difference between theodore or clemmensen as far as the devils are concerned. they've beat both of them and they've been stoned by both of them.

the garrison injury continues to be helpful but the devils have to somehow be able to show speed that was lacking in game 5.

Fortunately, the Devils found a consistent strategy for beating Clemmer in Game 4. They beat him high glove side on every goal but Zajac's, right? Keep shooting there.

"The $297,297 Kovalchuk missed today is money he will never, ever get back. And the more cheques he misses, the better the deal is going to have to be for the players to justify him sitting out. And unlike the owners, the players can direct their leadership to get a deal done regardless of how disadvantageous it is to them."

Sure glad we have fans who feel the need to come on a Devils forum and spread negativity the day of a big home game!

Thanks!

I was honestly feeling really awful about tonight's game but if Clemmensen's in I think we have a legitimate shot. We know how to beat him. If we stay out of the box and play well on D I think we can for sure push it to 7, maybe win!

That's the book on Clemmer... high glove side and move him side to side. He doesn't get across well, and when he does he isn't always in great position. If they shoot like they did in Game 5, he'll look like a superstar. If they shoot like game 4, this series goes 7.

For this game I would rather have Theodore in goal. Clemmy had a start and he lost, he want this badly.
