Whats the story behind this? Was he doing a show and the crowd started booing and he went off on them? Or was it the sole purpose was to "roast" philly people?

I guess it was part of a comedy tour he was on. And they were in Philly for the show, and the crowd was booing, yelling, and interrupting throughout the first two comic's sets, and they both left the stage within a couple minutes. Then this gentlemen got on stage and decided that he wasn't gonna let them ruin his set.
