Who is the publisher of the program?
Is it Professional Sports Publications (PSP)?
If so, I used to work for them...

I worked for them for 15 years, but it got bought out by a rival company who are a bunch of low life scum.
I would complain to the Devils front office.
They also own University Sports Publications
