All I can hope for is that A. The team is going nowhere and B. The financials are so that payroll and free agency/roster is not affected.

He also owns virtually nothing in the various Trump buildings. He's paid to put his name on it. Good work if you can find it, but it hardly makes you a genius businessman. Doesn't make alot of sense. Especially the part about JVB keeping majority, it would be a tad odd for 1 person to spend so much money on essentially nothing, when you can buy the whole thing out of bankruptcy.

Correct me if im wrong, but isnt the whole financial situation the reason we didnt do much last free agency and started dropping cap space (white, rolston, hunter). I know they wanted to get younger, but i thought money had alot to do with it. If their money problems get settled before free agency wouldnt that enable the devils to actually spend some money to resign parise, or try to get suter, or pick up any other player out there?
