and here comes the worst officiated game of the round. 5 Minutes for that!? and an ejection! There was NOTHING illegal about that hit that could have been stopped. The kings player that played the puck turned just before the hit, there's no way Bernier could have pulled away. Refs gave the Kings a gift at the mercy of the crowd.
No it was definitely a penalty...but god, you can't decide a Stanley Cup like that in the first five minutes. That should have been a double-minor and no ejection.
