not that it means much or anything but Єklund (2.3% accurate) has devils as front runners for semin and it being between just devs and pitt. but 2.3% so take it for what its worth
Now it won't happen.

Hockeyinsiderr has the Canes as the front-runners.
Both are usually wrong. So...

So he's signing in Pitt then.

Malkin-Neal
That's quite the 1-2 punch...even if Semin and Neal switch.

Off the top of my head, maybe he wants a one year deal to re-establish himself and then hope for a big money deal next year.

And here come the whiners. There could be 4353145 reasons that Semin didn't want to come here/Lou didn't pursue Semin hard.
This 1000x.

No, no, no. That doesn't make sense! Clearly Lou didn't try hard enough and sat around twiddling his thumbs and has no real plan or ability to put a team together and has no financial restraints.

The problem is it's more likely the one reason nobody wants to talk about that everyone fears, that we just don't have the money to even offer a one-year contract.
The New Jersey Devils win Stanley Cups everywhere:
-NHL record for most road wins in the playoffs - 10-1 in '95 and 10-2 in '00
-NHL record for most home wins in the playoffs - 12-1 in '03
